An upfront fee of £250 is payable to register as our client. This fee covers our initial expenses in conducting identity and affordability checks, ensuring that all necessary due diligence is completed, and we can move quickly as soon as a suitable property becomes available. The fee is deductible from the first Finder’s Fee, offering you added value.
Payment of this fee also demonstrates your serious intentions to proceed with any suitable property investments we source for you, solidifying our commitment to finding the best opportunities tailored to your investment goals.
Each investment property we source includes our finders fee which is payable only on completion of the property purchase.
Depending on the investment strategy, this may be a fixed sum, or a percentage of the purchase price.
Our finders fee is clearly stated in the property’s appraisal document, and included in the calculations to ensure it is more than recovered from the profitability of the investment.
Our fee for our project management service is 10% of the total construction or refurbishment cost, payable in drawdown stages as the project progresses. The market dictates the cost of trades and materials, however we are always committed to securing the most competitive rates from reputable and reliable professionals to maximise the value of your project.
Our flat fee for our market ready management service is £250. The costs of staging and photography will vary according to the size and exit strategy of the property. However we provide a detailed quote for your consideration ahead of time. As with everything we do, we obtain the most competitive quotes from reputable and reliable suppliers to ensure you receive the best value for your investment.
